Universal has two programs which are Pilates Studio and English Language School.

We are conveniently located about three minutes walk from Hoshigaoka shopping area. You can enjoy a Pilates session or English conversation with your shopping on the same day. We are open on weekends. 　English Language School is open on Saturday and Sunday, Fitness and Pilates open only on Saturdays. Our place has two entire wall size windows which make the place open and cheerful. Would you like to refresh from your work or daily life activities with Universal?

At Universal our goal is to teach our students to speak English with confidence. Speaking English will connect you to other people and cultures across the globe, creating new opportunities for yourself while inspiring others. We encourage you to open the doors of opportunity. In Pilates program we help people to explore their body and mind. We encourage people of any age and fitness level to join us.

We are offering trial sessions in Pilates

Pilates private instruction and classes are offered by instructor Hiroko Logan who has been trained and taught in the United States for nine years.

You can make an appointment by the phone or e-mail. We will assist you in English.

We are now offering trial sessions. We hope that you will enjoy your session at Universal.

Private Pilates Trial Session (40min.)

In our private session you can experience Pilates with training equipment. We offer consultation prior to the session which will help get you started in your Pilates routine. Private sessions are scheduled according to your convenience and availability of instructor.

Pilates Group Class Trial Session (55min.)

People who wish to take private trial sessions can have consultation.
This consultation includes fitness evaluation and a unique recommended fitness program.

Pilates for everybody

This class is for people who want to try out a Mat Pilates class. Offered once a month. Non-members are welcome !.
